started as a means of expanding our current business interests, and
to offer a complete management and advertising service to other landlords
and private owners.
Part of the Merseyrentacom
group, we currently specialise in buy to let properties in and around
Merseyside and Wirral, with a range of bedsits, 1 and 2 bedroom flats,
and houses in Aigburth, Liverpool, and Oxton, Wirral.
Flats 2 rent has been developed to expand the geographical area covered,
and the range of services offered to other property owners.
We can now offer a full management, maintenance and advertising service
to other businesses and individuals in the sector.
We have been in business as merseyrentacom for over 15 years and are
now aiming to expand into managing other bedsits, flats and houses throughout
Liverpool and other areas.
